If you email us before or during your work with OtterWell, please be aware that email is not a secure method of communication. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information sent via email.
For sensitive or confidential information, we recommend:
- Discussing it during your therapy session instead
- Calling us directly
- Using your Jane account’s secure messaging feature

All therapy records, communications, and personal information shared during therapy are protected under:
